To comply with UK consumer protection and product safety regulations, all parcels and items are opened and checked before being repacked and dispatched.

Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of mystery products, once an XL box has been opened and handled, its original nature and resale value are changed.
- Unopened boxes may be cancelled and returned in line with consumer regulations
- Opened boxes are assessed in line with consumer law, including consideration of diminished value
- We do not accept selective returns of individual items
