Our story

Our story, so far.

It started with a question: what happens to all those parcels that never make it home? We'd been around the logistics world long enough to know the answer, and it wasn't good. So we decided to do something about it.

We launched Unboxing Heaven as a small UK operation, and the response blew us away. Turns out the idea of a genuine mystery, with real items, real value and real surprises, resonates with a lot of people. Weekly Thursday drops, a growing community, and features in The Sun, Daily Express and Daily Mail later, we're still a little surprised ourselves.

We're based in New Malden, and every box that leaves us has been sorted, checked and packed by a real person who genuinely hopes you love what's inside. That hasn't changed. It never will.
