Every box is different, and specific items, brands, categories or value are never guaranteed. The surprise is part of the experience.
Our UK-fulfilled boxes are opened and checked before being repacked and dispatched, so unsafe, non-compliant, recalled or age-restricted items are removed before sale. We don't guarantee a set value, you're paying for the mystery rather than a guaranteed return, but every box is handled fairly and transparently.
Condition varies by box. Some items may be brand new or unused, some may be customer returns or surplus stock. Expect a genuine, unpredictable mix; that is exactly the point of a mystery box.
Orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours and sent with tracking, with most arriving in 2 to 4 working days. Because these are mystery boxes, once a box is opened and handled a full refund may not always be possible, and returns are assessed case by case. Unopened boxes can be returned in line with consumer law. This never affects your statutory rights.
