Abandoned Parcels XL

Each XL box contains 5 large parcels or items, packed at random from a mixed stream of abandoned and returned goods. Items may come from categories such as:

• Furniture and home décor
• Large homeware and storage items
• Kitchen and utility products
• Tech, gadgets, and electronics accessories
• Garden, outdoor, and lifestyle items

Because of the size and nature of XL stock, contents can vary significantly from box to box.

To comply with UK consumer protection and product safety regulations, all parcels and items are opened and checked before being repacked and dispatched. This process allows us to:

• Check for obvious safety issues, age-restricted products, and items unsuitable for sale
• Remove and exclude dangerous, recalled, or non-compliant goods
• Ensure items supplied are appropriate to send to customers

After inspection, items move into a general sorting pool. We do not cherry-pick items, separate higher-value products, or hold anything back for ourselves. XL boxes are packed at random from the available stock and are not curated or selectively packed. While the contents remain a surprise, customers can be confident that items have been checked for safety and packed fairly.

• Mixed condition — items may range from brand new to lightly used, open-box, or surplus stock. Some items may show cosmetic wear or signs of previous handling.
• Genuine mystery — boxes are packed at random. We do not select items by value, brand, category, or condition.
• No guarantees — we do not guarantee specific brands, items, value, or authenticity. Any brand names shown in photos or examples are for illustration only.
• Large and heavy items — these boxes contain bulky goods. Please ensure you have suitable access and are able to handle larger items safely on delivery.

Due to the nature of mystery products, once an XL box has been opened and handled, its original nature and resale value are changed.

• Opened boxes are assessed in line with consumer law, including consideration of diminished value
• We do not accept selective returns of individual items
• If an order is lost in transit, a full refund will be issued — all orders are sent fully tracked
