What’s Inside an Undelivered Mystery Box?
Every Regular Undelivered Mystery Box is a lucky dip. You might find brand-new items across various categories, such as:
• Clothing & Fashion: Trendy apparel for men, women, or children – from shirts and jackets to accessories.
• Beauty & Self-Care: Skincare goodies, makeup items, or hair care tools waiting to be discovered.
• Electronics & Gadgets: Phone accessories, smart devices, headphones, or other tech surprises.

We do not open or inspect any parcels, so we do not know what is inside any individual package. Anything that someone could have ordered online might be inside an undelivered parcel. Each box is a unique adventure, no two are ever the same.

• Original & Unopened: We do not open or tamper with the parcels – you receive them exactly as we get them, with all the mystery inside.
• Condition: Since these were never delivered, items are typically new. (Packaging might have shipping labels or slight wear from transit.)
• No Cherry-Picking: Boxes are packed at random from sealed parcels. We do not select based on what is inside, because we do not open them or know the contents. This keeps the surprise fair and genuine for everyone.
No promises on brands or authenticity: We do not make any promises or claims about the brands, authenticity, value, performance, or suitability of the items inside. These parcels are sold strictly as sealed, uninspected undelivered mail.
• Refunds: Due to the nature of sealed mystery parcels, we cannot accept returns or refunds once your box has been opened or handled. The product is the sealed box of parcels, and opening it changes its nature and value, so it cannot be resold as received. Unopened boxes may be managed in line with consumer regulations. We will, of course, refund your order if it is lost in delivery, although this is rare as tracking is provided.
• Fast Shipping: Orders dispatched within 48 hours and usually delivered in 2–4 working days via tracked courier.
