About us

Welcome to Unboxing Heaven, where logistics meets sustainability with a sense of excitement.

We give abandoned, returned and surplus items a second life as carefully prepared mystery boxes. Instead of letting usable goods go to waste, we work with reputable partners to recover, sort and repack responsibly, cutting landfill while creating a fun, surprising experience for our customers.

Refunds & returns

Because our products are sold as mystery boxes and clothing bundles, returns work a little differently from standard retail.

Once a box or bundle has been opened or handled, its original nature and resale value can be affected. Our full policy sets out exactly how refunds and returns are handled, and this never affects your statutory rights.

Join our mystery community

Discover exclusive content, promotions and sneak peeks into our latest mystery boxes. Become part of our growing community of thrill-seekers and mystery enthusiasts. Don't miss out, follow us.
